Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Lumé purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@by-lume.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by Lumé for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
